1. Introduction.

This Agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations. You must take the time to read and understand it, before registering or using the Local Sports Arena service. By registering, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us on the terms of this Agreement.

Visitors and users of Local Sports Arena may:

Use Local Sports Arena service   for free to advertise their sports clubs and other details relevant to the sports club. This service   is primarily for people interested in sports, who wish to play sports but have trouble finding a sports clubs to play for.

Access information that the clubs wish to have displayed. And follow links to their email address or website.

2. Registration.

When you register as a club on Local Sports Arena you register for the Local Sports Arena Service using accurate and current information about your club - including your club name, address and any other requested details. You also undertake only to add correct information relating to your club which you have the necessary permission to do so. You as part of the registration process for the Local Sports Arena service, you will receive a verification email. The purpose of this is to take reasonable steps to ensure that the email address you have nominated during registration is controlled by you.

We reserve the right to send emails to users notifying of any changes to the site or services that may be of use to advertisers.

We reserve the right to change submitted details or amend statements. Each listing will remain on the site and database until removed by the registrant or Local Sports Arena.

We are not an Internet service provider, however in order to gain access to Local Sports Arena Service   and site, you must have Internet access and all the software (and skills) required for email and web usage.

3. Local Sports Arena's Role.

You, a user or a club who visits the Local Sports Arena's Service  , acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behavior of Members - whether on the Local Sports Arena's Site or outside of it. We only provide a venue where the Local Sports Arena's Service may be accessed.

4. Additional services.

Local Sports Arena or its affiliates may offer new or additional service s through the Local Sports Arena's service from time to time. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, or rules of use, which you must comply with. Provided that those terms or rules are notified to you on the Local Sports Arena Service in an appropriate manner (as determined by Local Sports Arena in its reasonable discretion), any failure by you to comply with a material provision of the terms or rules governing those services will amount to a breach of this Agreement.

Local Sports Arena reserves the right to change its policy fees from time to time in its discretion. If Local Sports Arena terminates your Membership your agreement or contract, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of any fees. Likewise if you terminate your agreement or contract with Local Sports Arena you shall not be entitled to any refund of any fee.

When you provide a check to pay your membership with you must ensure that (a) you are fully entitled to use that card, and (b) it has available funds sufficient to cover the charges which are deducted from it.

5. Operation of Local Sports Arena Services.

Local Sports Arena reserves the right to withdraw or modify one or more aspects of the Local Sports Arena service, or the entirety of it, where we have legal or commercial reasons to do so. There may also be times when the Local Sports Arena Service becomes inaccessible as a result of technical difficulties experienced by Local Sports Arena or on the Internet; we will, however, use reasonable skill and care to overcome these difficulties where they are within our control.

6. Misuse of Local Sports Arena Service.

We reserve the right to (a) to suspend or terminate any Member's access to the Local Sports Arena service, or parts of it, and/or (b) to edit, or require the Member to edit, material posted on the Local Sports Arena Service, if the relevant Member or material appears to us to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement. Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for, or re-access, the Local Sports Arena service without our prior consent.

7. Relevance.

The Local Sports Arena Service is intended to be used by its visitors and they must not:

- include an email address, postal address, phone number, the address of any website, or any other information which is intended to mislead direct or indirect communication, in material which is posted on the Local Sports Arena service.

- place material on, or otherwise use, the Local Sports Arena' Service for any business or commercial purpose; or

- use your access to the Local Sports Arena service, or information gathered from it, for the sending of unsolicited bulk email (sometimes known as spam).

8. Prohibitions.

You are responsible for ensuring that no material you provide, or which is posted through a machine on which you access the Local Sports Arena service, nor any activity or communication you make in connection with any Local Sports Arena service, will be capable of (a) infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, (b) breaching any applicable law, whether criminal or otherwise, or (c) appearing to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading.

9. Content Posted.

Local Sports Arena may delete any Content that in the sole judgment of Local Sports Arena which violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. Local Sports Arena assumes no responsibility for monitoring the services for inappropriate Content or conduct. If at any time Local Sports Arena chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Services, Local Sports Arena nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content.

Users are solely responsible for the Content posted on or through any of the Services, and any material or information that you provide for us, such as web addresses which will be checked. However if an inappropriate website does go unnoticed then Local Sports Arena does not accept any of the responsibility as it is that of the person/team/club who supplied that information.

10. Content/Activity Prohibited.

The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through the Services. Local Sports Arena reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Local Sports Arena’s sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Services and terminating the Membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to Content that, in the sole discretion of Local Sports Arena:

is offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter; solicits personal information from anyone under 16; provides any telephone numbers, promotes information that is known to be false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files; involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming"; contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page); furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users; involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes or includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person's consent.

The following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the Website and through use of the Services. Local Sports Arena reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Local Sports Arena’s sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

criminal or tortuous activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;

advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any products or services through the Services, excluding those services that are included in Club, Professional, Association and Charity Profiles subject to the conditions of use stipulated by Local Sports Arena. Users may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. If Users breach this Agreement and send unsolicited bulk emails, instant messages or other unsolicited communications of any kind through the Services;

any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends and interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services;

attempting to impersonate another Member or person and using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account.

11. Alerting Local Sports Arena.

If you see anything on the Local Sports Arena Service which appears to infringe this Agreement, then please contact us to inform us of it by using the "Contact Us" function. We do generally monitor material contributed by Members before it is placed on the Local Sports Arena Service but we are also reliant upon users to point out any which infringes this Agreement that we miss.

12. Withdrawal of material and Termination of Registration.

Each Member acknowledges that we are entitled to withdraw any material on the Local Sports Arena Service which appears whether based on information received from Members or others, or our own determination to be capable of breaching any part of this Agreement, or to bring the Local Sports Arena Service into disrepute.

13. Disclaimer and Release.

Local Sports Arena has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any material available on the Local Sports Arena Service, whether provided by Members or others. Please be aware this service is for everyone and no links clubs or players are vetted so be aware when meeting people from this site, and you do so at own risk. Please be careful meeting for the first time and do this with friends or in a public place.

If any third party sites are linked to from the Local Sports Arena Service, this does not mean that we endorse or have any responsibility for the site in question or anything which appears on it. You should exercise no lesser degree of caution in appraising what you see on the Local Sports Arena Service than you do offline.

Even though Members are prohibited from doing so, people may provide information, or otherwise behave, in a way that is unreliable, misleading or even illegal. Further, you should note that people may not necessarily be who they say they are. Your use of the Local Sports Arena Service is entirely at your own risk.

Accordingly, to the extent that the law permits, you release Local Sports Arena, its directors, contractors and employees from all liability arising out of or in connection with the Local Sports Arena Service and the material included here by Members and other third parties.

14. Intellectual Property.

You acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Local Sports Arena (including the material which is contributed by Members) are owned by Local Sports Arena. It is easy to copy material which appears on web-sites, but this does not mean it is legal. Therefore, no-one may copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the Local Sports Arena Service, or any of the material which is found on the Local Sports Arena Service unless properly licensed to do so by us.

By submitting any material or content to the Local Sports Arena Service, you are representing that you are fully entitled to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable license right to copy, modify, distribute, show in public and create derivative works from that material in any form, anywhere; and authorize us to adapt the relevant material in the course of doing so, and so waive your moral rights to object to any derogatory treatment, or to be identified as the author, of the material in question.

15. Excluded loss.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise). Local Sports Arena will also not be liable for any failure to perform of its obligations under this Agreement caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.

16. Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of this Agreement by you or through a machine on which you access the Local Sports Arena Service.

17. Changes to this Agreement.

Local Sports Arena reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time, and post the new version on the Local Sports Arena Service, and the new version of these terms and conditions will take effect, and will govern all Local Sports Arena Services and your relationship with Local Sports Arena.

18. Law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
